About Carola
Carola Stepper, RN, LAc graduated as a nurse in 1989 and obtained her Master’s in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2001 from the Oregon College of Orien- tal Medicine and has been working as a Licensed Acupuncturist (LAc) since then.
Her Oregon Acupuncture License Number is AC00634. Additionally she maintains an active RN license.
Carola is COVID vaccinated and boosted. She will wear a mask upon request.
She owned an Acupuncture company in the Columbia River Gorge for 15 years until she sold it. At one point she operated three clinics and had 14 employees.
She has trained extensively in distal style Acupuncture. With this style of Acupuncture the needles are only placed in the forearms, lower legs as well as the ear and scalp. Any ailments can effectively be addressed while the client remains fully clothed, resting in a comfortable recliner chair.
In 2011 she trained in Allergy Elimination, Applied Kinesiology and modified Tapas Acupressure Technique. The training was based on Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET). Carola created a robust Allergy Elimination program at her company and helped thousands of clients with their allergies.
This treatment alters the body’s electromagnetic energy to neutralize the allergic response. It is drug free, holistic and non-invasive and can address all kinds of sensitivities and allergies, except anaphylactic reactions. Carola calls it “Natural Allergy Relief”.
Carola is passionate about using Natural Allergy Relief and Acupuncture to support her clients health goals. Clients are able to choose the allergy treatment focus of each session.
Which Allergies can be addressed?
1. Food allergies, such as gluten, dairy, eggs, sugar, fruits, vegetables, nuts, seafood, vitamins and more.
2. Environmental allergies, such as trees, weeds and grasses of the Pacific NW, mold, dust, wood smoke, pet hair, poison oak and more.
For optimal results, treatments for allergies to Pacific NW trees, weeds and grasses are received in January, February and March.
3. Miscellaneous other sensitivities and allergies, please ask Carola for more info. Allergies with anaphylactic reactions cannot be treated.
How does it work?
Carola uses over 800 different small glass vials which contain water with the electromagnetic signature of an allergen. She obtained them from Ergopathics and Allergies Lifestyle & Health. They are never opened and serve as a “proxy” for the allergen for diagnosis and treatment. The client is not directly exposed to a real allergen.
With the client touching the vial, Carola uses muscle testing, also called Applied Kinesiology, to determine which allergens are affecting the client.
This involves exerting gentle pressure on a muscle. If the client is allergic to the contents of the vial, the muscle will be weakened. This process leads to choosing the allergen which will be the focus of the session.
While holding the vial, the client receives a percussive back massage to harmonize the body with the allergen.
Lastly the client receives an Acupuncture treatment. They continue to hold the vial during the treatment, so the body can integrate the frequency of the previous allergen inside the vial on an energetic level.

The effectiveness of the Natural Allergy Relief Treatment does not depend on how long ago the last session was received or when the next one will be received. These sessions can be scheduled irregularly, hence lending themselves to Carola’s part time practice. Each treatment focuses on one class of allergens, such as tree pollen or dairy.
Initial Medical Intake, first visit only, 20 min: $40.00
Carola will complete a medical and allergy history intake. Together with the client she will establish the priorities of care.
Carola does not offer Acupuncture treatments without the Natural Allergy Relief techniques.
Acupuncture treatments work best if received regularly, even multiple times per week. Since Carola is not available frequently enough she recommends contacting an Acupuncturist who is available multiple days each week.
